Adarsh Projects is an authorised channel partner for Adarsh Developers in Bengaluru. We are not the developer. We help you choose, visit and book an Adarsh home or plot.

Who runs this site

IamHere Software Labs operates Adarsh Projects. Our research desk writes the project pages and buyer guides. Each guide carries the byline "Adarsh Projects Research Desk" and the date we last updated it.

A channel partner, not the developer

Adarsh Developers builds and sells the projects on this site. We are an authorised channel partner. We sell Adarsh projects at the developer's price. We add our own research, site visits and paperwork help.

"Adarsh", the Adarsh Group logo, project names, brochures and renders belong to Adarsh Developers. We use them with the developer's authorisation to market its projects. Project images are artist's impressions and may differ from the final build.

How we research each project

Brochure sites repeat the same claims. We publish the numbers you need to decide. That means the dated price, the RERA record, the drive times and the cons. Here is how we do it.

• We name the source of each fact. Sizes and layouts come from Adarsh brochures. RERA records come from the K-RERA portal.
• Cost rules come from public sources. Stamp duty and registration fees cite Deccan Herald. GST rules cite PIB.
• We link each RERA number to the K-RERA portal, so you can check it yourself.
• We show all-in cost, including stamp duty and registration.
• Every project page has a pros and cons section. We list real cons, like possession dates and commute pain.
• Every project page shows a "Last updated" date. Prices are marked as indicative and dated.
• When we cannot confirm a fact, we say so. You will see "Price on request" or "Confirm on K-RERA" instead of a guess.

How we get paid

Adarsh Developers pays us a channel-partner fee when a booking closes. You do not pay extra for booking through us. You pay the same price you would pay at the Adarsh sales office.

The developer's written price sheet and the K-RERA record prevail over anything on this site. Taxes, stamp duty, registration and other charges are extra unless stated.

What we do for you

We book your visit and help with the loan file. On a free site visit, you walk the site and check the plot or tower. You get the dated price sheet in hand. We check the RERA record with you.

Our K-RERA agent registration number is shown in the site footer. Always check a project's RERA registration on rera.karnataka.gov.in before you pay.
